Alright, I've had my dell 1520 for quite awhile now, but i never really bothered checking out what exactly this WiFi Catcher switch is for, could someone tell me what exactly it does?

Also, how do i go about turning the switch for the wifi catcher off? The symbols on the switch arent exactly clear as to which is the off position.

This is a good picture for reference, http://www.interweb.in/attachments/...l-inspiron-1520-32471368-2-440-overview-1.gif (located at the top left corner of the base section)

You push the switch up, it finds available wireless networks and shows them for you.
If you reformatted and didn't install quickset it will probably do nothing.
