Is it possible to do an aftermarket monitor upgrade to one with resolution of 1920x1080?

I am thinking about putting in the same screen as the FHD screen found on the XPS 15. Any experience?

I don't think you would be able to go to the 1080p screen as it's not a normal LED screen (B+RGLED). Maybe the Dell Latitude E6510 screen as it's the same dimensions and aspect ratio.
