    Hey everyone!

I bought this laptop yesterday, but there's a problem. There's some strange buzzing noise that i can hear from the central part of the laptop, beneath the keyboard. Sometimes it also squeaks for a short amount of time. I thought first that it's the GPU fan, but now I don't think it is, since the noise is kinda irregular and has short interruptions.

    Configuration:
    Intel Core i7 2630QM @ 2GHz
    GeForce GT 525M, 1 GDDR5
    6GB DDR3 RAM

Also, processor's temperature with onlz the browser (Chrome) with 5 tabs open is about 53 degrees Celsius. Is this normal?

    Thanks!

Do you have a recording of the sound? I have used a couple new 15R, but none with the quad core and DGPU.

    hey bro
I have the same problem... but i tried to do something and i found the solution
go to Control Panel > IDT Audio Control Panel > Equalizer
then make your settings as default
then put the 500Hz at value -15 and click save

i hope that will solve your problem
BTW im sorry for my english =)

    It helped!
I have got a very loud beep from speakers on N5110. Restarted in save mode, went to device manager, disabled IDT audio and the problem is solved. It took me 2 days of hard work to get here. Next, I will likely follow the advice and will go to
IDT Audio Control Panel > Equalizer
then make your settings as default
then put the 500Hz at value -15 and click save
