Having a Display issue with it. Called dell gonna send it off. cause warrenty is up in 4 weeks

But the screen is acting up like an issue with the connection or graphics card. Any Idea what it could be? not a software issue as it does it during BIOS too. Everything including BIOS is updated as well here are two videos one of the problem and the other of the problem when not under windows

Have you tried displaying it externally? If it does it externally too you have a bad motherboard/GPU/RAM. If not then you have a bad LCD/LVDS cable.
