    Dell Inspiron M5030 Won't turn on.

    I've had this Labtop for sometime now, and i knew it was time to replace my battery but never got around to it. So i just kept my charger in all this time, but when i unplugged it and packed my computer up to go over my cousins house it wouldn't turn on . The power light comes on but it is white and the computer doesn't boot up at all. Is it my battery that's doing this, or is it from keeping my charger in for so long? Please help me with this problem i need this labtop for school. Thanks
