Ok I had an issue I couldnt find answers for this issue after searching the web consistently for 3 days and finally had it fixed.

I dont know if others are looking for this answer but its an important one.

When the Inspiron E1505 has been taken apart for cleaning, (no damages ever made or found during use of laptop) no damages ever made or found during the process of removal of internal workings and all parts are carefully replaced properly this may occur.

The Computer when turned on hada solid green light for the first indicator light of the five on the light panel (top center of the board). The second and third light flash rapidly (green) and the last two lights remain unlit.

The green (on light) near the hing on the right side will come on, the CPU thinking light will remain off, the power light is green and on. Your computer may turn off after a few seconds.

The problem is one of two possibilities.
    1. Your Hard drive is not properly reseated
    2. Your Ram card is not properly reseated

It is incredibly easy to not properly re-seat these items and to be off by a hair therefore creating the above mentioned situation.

Fear not these are easy fixes and your computer is more than likely not damaged.
It is more likely confused on how to operate while it cannot find these items due to re-seating improperly.

Re-seat one at a time and try again more likely the Ram then the hard drive but it happens.
