any ideas ? my wife went to use the laptop, she said it started up fine, the log in screen appeared, she clicked her name, it loged her in and then immediately back out again, she said she thought it made a whining noise at the same time, i have since tried to use it and it starts up, you get the log in screen, pick your name, your desktop wall paper appears for a very brief moment, then it logs you out, i'm lost here, any ideas ? thanks in advance,J.
