I am planning to order a Dell Inspiron 6400. I want to find out the following 2 things -

    1. Is it worth spending extra for the ultrasharp resolution (1680*1050). My only concern is that I want the reflective (glossy) screen. I am currently using a Inspiron 6000 with 1280*800 resolution and i find it pretty ok(the only drawback is that I hate it's matte screen).

I basically intent to use it for gaming and watchin movies (so I gues I dont need all that screen real estate......planning to order it with the x1400 256mb)

So is it advisable to order the Widescreen XGA screen with truelife or should i go in for the ultrasharp WUXGA?

    2. Which is the best looking colour kit available for the 6400.......coz i dont want it to look exactly like my 6000...... :p
Can somebody post some snaps of any inspiron with the colourkit, so I can make a decision...pls

Thanks for ur replies in advance......... :)

    1) I think you answered your own question, sounds like you want the glossy over the ultra high resolution. I think you really have to want the high res for it to work.

    2) Totally personal. My son would advise you to go with Thomas the Train stickers instead of a color kit though.
