    Dell Inspiron 6000 Question

    I ordered a dell inspiron 6000 to be shipped to a relative of mine in the US. I live in Europe and is much more expensive to buy it from here. What i want to know is the dimensions and weight of the box in which dell ships the notebook. I am thinking of asking my relative to send me the notebook with fedex or ups but i want to know the dimensions and weight of the box so that i can get a shipping price.

    All i could find was the dimensions of the notebook not the packaging. If anyone can help or can point me to the right direction i would be very thankful!

    i think when it ships, you'll be able to get the dimensions and weight from the UPS (or whatever carrier) website in the tracking page.

    I just received my i6000. The weight of the package and dimension are 11 lb, 17X14X9.
