    Hi everyone.

I did a search first and did not find my answer.

    I hope someone can help.

I put a fresh copy of Windows XP on my Dell Inspiron 6000 and the mute, increase volume and decrease volume on the front works fine.

Its the "play/pause, rewind/forward & stop" that are not working?

I went to Dell and see the list of drivers - can someone tell me which driver it is? Utility?

    Thanks
    M

Look for the Dell Quickset utility.

Thanks so much for your reponse.

I installed the driver and those buttons still dont work. I am using AVS free video player. Is that an issue?
Do I need to use another player? default dell player or other to have them work?

    Thanks again

    M
