First when i bought my laptop like 4 months ago, it was really fast but now it has some trouble starting my games that always run smoothly. maybe if i reinstal windows itself it would fix this problem, but the there are programs on my PC like dell webcam central and all the other programs dell put on my laptop. would they dissapear when i reinstal windows? or will they be on my laptop for ever.

    Hi FlyingNinjaBoar,

I suggest you to follow the steps provided in the link below that improve performance by optimizing the hard drive:
Improve performance by optimizing your hard drive - Microsoft Windows Help

Restoring Windows to the factory defaults will not remove the Webcam Central application. However, any other data that stored would be lost. Please backup important data if you would like to restore the laptop to the factory defaults.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
