So my 4150 died. It just won't turn on. I think the HD is alright and I would like to transfer the data to my external HD. My sister also has a 4150. Can I just swap the HDs and use my sisters computer to transfer the data? Or are there cables I can buy to transfer the data?

Just swapping the hard drives isn't the best way. It may not work, and the system may not boot. A better way, is to purchase an enclosure, and install the hard disk into that. Then, you can easily tranfer between the computer and the hard disk. Hope this helps.
