Ordered on december 2 Dell Inspiron 17 (N11Q1716), paid and received order confirmation. After 4 days without any further notification I contacted Dell Netherlands to find out my status. After long multiple calls they told that the order was cancelled for they had made errors in relation to the price. Which errors they could not tell and they were not willing to tell or to connect to somebody of the manegement.
Question: is this the normal behaviour of Dell or is this typical dutch? And why does not anybody of the management wants to be in contact with customers?

I would talk with Costumer Association in Netherland.

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
Did you get a refund? Did they allow you to place another order? Usually you can reference a canceled order and they'll compensate you one way or another.

I ordered in November, Dell sent confirmation on 29 November. I still don't have my computer, I did not get notification from DELL, I phone looking for my computer and they say things like there was a flood in xyz ( they name a different country every time) or the order was canceled. No explanation given. They said a new order was put in and that I'd have it yesterday. I spent the whjole day on with DELL. The customer service person said that I'd have to reorder and pay todays price--that I could not buy the merchabdise for the price I was given by conformation from DELL on 29 November....
They have been terrible....
I live in North America
