My monitor shut-off button at the top/right/back of my keyboard panel stopped working. Any idea how to activate it? The button to the left of it doesn't work either but the Windows Mobility Center button does work. Thks.

    Hi,
As a guess I think dell quickset software needs to be running for it to work.

When I fressh installed windows I installed quickset and it added itself to windows startup and two of the 3 buttons worked.
    Mobility center and Screen On/Off.
I think they stopped working once I pulled quickset out of windows startup.

The button that didn't work was a shorcut to dells system software I think.
That button requires all the dell update module software which I wouldn't inststall as it just seems like bloatware IMHO.
    But each his own.

    Cheers
