I would like to know if in the specs is this laptop's USB 2.0 ports backwards capatible to 1.1 USB standards. I know what the specs say. I need to know does this laptop follow the specs?

If it is backwards capatible, what is the max mA draw off the port?

Can the 64 bit talk to a 32 bit device on a 1.1 USB standard?

I would like someone whom actually can give me these answers and not the answers per the USB standards.

    Thanks
    Mark
