    My computer has developed a peculiar problem with my printer. It has always worked fine with my printer then suddenly stopped communicating with it. I have asked, researched, downloaded new drivers, etc. but still cannot seem to get a solution. My printer is an HP office jet model 6310 all in one. I connect the computer to the printer via ethernet cord as always. When I attempt to print the computer simply retains the print request or task but will not send it to the printer. :mad: Any ideas????????

    What OS do you have? Have you tried reset the printer spooler service?
