Does anyone the name of the thermal paste that this Laptop comes with? I want to upgrade the processor but I watched a video telling me I have to replace the thermal paste and the pad. I can probably use any thermal paste but I just want to make sure I use a good one.

Edit: I'm gonna go with Arctic Silver because it looks like it's used a lot.

Back 5-6 years ago Arctic Silver was the de-facto best performance/value paste, but I hear that nowadays thermal grizzly kryonaut is more popular.

There shouldn't be any issue with Arctic Silver though, and if you have some lying around it should work fine

AS will be fine. Pretty much anything on the market is better than what was stock on these.

I've upgraded several 1545's and always use AS Ceramique for the paste.
