    Hi Guys

    I'm currently repairing a laptop for a friend who has broken his charger port on his Inspiron 1545.

    I have taken the laptop apart as I'm aware the charger boards are separate, upon removing this I was looking for a replacement part but the original has a part number of 48.4AQ03. 021 any replacements I seem to find all end with 011.

    What is the difference between the two variations of board and if I put the .011 board in will the laptop still function properly ?
