Is there a way to boost graphic performance so that I can play games like Red Alert 3 on Dell inspiron?

    I have:
    3GB memory
    T5750 2.00ghz
    250Gb Harddrive
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family 358MB Max.

No, the only thing you can really do is keep the drivers up-to-date and Windows tidy; by that I mean keep it defragged, secure, etc. Intel's GMA won't run that game no matter what you do, unfortunately.

You are limited by the GPU which you have an integrated one. There is nothing else you can do about it.
