    Dell Inspiron 1521 not starting please Help!

    Hello my Dell all of a sudden is acting the wrong way after i dropped it on my carpet floor.. When i press the power button the power light blinks for 5 seconds then the battery light blinks and thats it, no fan or hard drive spinning!! Please someone reply this is all i have!!

    Do you have Accidental coverage on your 1521, yet? If so, I think you might want to call..and make good use of that coverage.

    I'm not sure if it's going to start...sound's like it initiates a *startup*, then fails.
