This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I have a dell inspiron 1520, and I upgraded it to Windows Vista. When I upraded it to Vista. My CD/DVD drive stopped working. I don't know what to do, the microsoft website told me to search for the upperfilters and the lowerfilters and delete them. One problem is that I can't find the upperfilters and the lowerfilters. So can someone please tell me what to do.
