I have a dell inspiron 1520 and I upgraded to Windows Vista. When I upgraded to Vista, my CD/DVD drive stop working. They were talking about upperfilters and lowerfilters but I couldn't find them to delete them (I found this solution on the Microsoft website). Can someone please tell me what to do?

Can you provide more description on what you call "stop working?"
Does it display an ! in Device Manager? Or does it show up properly but not reading any discs?
