I have the Inspiron 1520 with the specs in my sig.
I have it hooked up to a 40" LCD through S-Video, and I also have it hooked up to a 24" monitor through VGA>VGA.
Is it possible to have both of these screens going at the same time?
1 (40" Extended Desktop), 2 (Main Laptop Monitor) ,3 (24" Extended Desktop)
I can only get one monitor to show up in the display settings. (1 - the main laptop, 2 - the monitor or LCD extended desktop).

You can't have three displays, Windows only supports two monitors (main and extended).
If the problem is you can only use the laptop screen and a monitor and not two monitors, which monitor is Windows showing, the VGA or S-video? -
ah yah i was asking about 3 displays. i have no problem getting laptop + one other to work.
was wanting laptop display + the 2 other displays hehe -
Been a while since I played with multiple displays. -
The 1520 has S video? I've had this thing a year and never noticed it haha!
A friend of mine tried running s video on from a desktop to a TV and the picture wasn't that great. Is Svideo quality always this low?
