    Dell Inspiron 1501 core temp.

    Hi, first post on the forum regarding internal core temperature.
    Speedfan displays that my HD temp is 41*C(ranges from 41-45*c) Temp1 is 48*c (fluctuates between 42-50*c) and Core temp is 48*c (fluctuates between 45-57*c). Are these temperatures normal. I am not running any powerful applications, just Trillian messenger, powerpoint, and Mozilla.

    Thats perfectly normal for a laptop. My current POS 2.8GHz Celeron Northwood gets as high as 86c.
