    Hi guys
Are there any news about a Dell Inspiron 15 7537 successor yet?
According to the leaked tabtec roadmap of February, the successor is supposed to be released in July. As far as I can tell the other notebooks from the roadmap were already presented. Even the appearance of the other notebooks seems to coincide with the leak from Febuary.
So the next Inspiron 15 should look like that:

Is there any chance that Dell will fit an 850m GTX? The roadmap says something about a 25W discrete (but I'm afraid that a 850m GTX would be above 25W ).

    G-Force and stisa like this.

Well, I started the thread for a discussion, but there seems not to be much interest.

    I'm interested.

I was interested in the 15 7000 last year, but I went for an Asus N550 which I regretted deeply. I'm waiting for all new 2014 notebooks with Maxwell GPUs so I can make a decision before the end of August.

So if anyone knows more about this model, please let us know! :p

    Well, on-topic:
GTX 850M seems to have a TDP of around 45W, so I sure hope that 25W is a mistake.

Im also waiting for a better hardware line on the inspiron series. Keep updating when u find some News.

The xps 15 series could take a hardware update too. The 750m on this expensive notebook is a joke. Really ...

Here in The Netherlands there is a 50 euro discount on the 15 7000 until july 31. That makes me believe we will not see a new one until early-mid august.

Looks like this is it for now? The 15 7000 has a refreshed Haswell chip and will remain on GT 750M until Broadwell?

Perhaps orginally Dell thought Broadwell would hit the market earlier so they did the same like Apple with Macbook pro?
On the other side the roadmap from Feburary is talking about Haswell/Broadwell not only about Broadwell. But of course plans could change within half a year.

No 850M, no deal for me. ;) Guess I can remove Dell from my list then.

Also, in The Netherlands Dell is offering the € 50 discount again on the 7000 series until september 30th, so I don't think there will be a new model coming anytime soon.
