    Hi to all,
I'm having a little problem with my notebook. I just changed the DC jack cable for the charger, and now....when I power on the computer, everything works fine, just that, now everything works, but there's no response from the fan and I get no picture on my screen, if anyone can please help me...I'm not getting any beep codes either

    Hi joeldom,

I suggest you to replace the charger with a new charger if the system starts properly by following the steps provided below:

    1. Remove the charger and the battery.
    2. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and release it.
    3. Reconnect the only the battery and press the power button to power on the laptop.

The system may not power on if the battery is discharged completely. You will need to check with a known good charger.

Please let me know about your findings.
