    Dell Inspiron 1300 color inverted display

    Greetings All:
    --My Dell Inspiron 1300 15.4" display has inverted color on the display. External monitor works correctly. Display cable has been replaced. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this. I am afraid it is likely the Mother Board.

    If you've changed the display cable with a known good one, could be the motherboard or LCD. You would have to change one or the other to know what is causing your problem by process of elimination.
