This was a donation to our kids konnect program. I need to do an assessment but can't get beyond an error message. It doesn't recognize an "ultrabay" and wants me to remove and reinstall it. What is an ultrabay? If the hard drive is bad, would that produce that message?

I was able to get into setup. No optical drive or hard drive are listed. I then tried to redo the boot order with no success. I have these instructions Press up/down arrow to select device; Press U/D to move a device up and down in the list. I am assuming they mean the up/down arrows for the second instruction but that doesn't reorder a device. I tried pg up and down and that doesn't' work either. What do they want me to use?

DISREGARD A cup of coffee and I figured that one out at least. Still need to know what is an ultrabay

Ultrabay refers to the hot-swappable optical drive bay.
