The latest Dell Inspiron laptop is now on sale in the US. Listed just as a normal notebook, the Dell Inspiron 11z is missing the "mini" brand in not just name but hardware also. Replacing the Intel Atom processor range is a more common Intel Celeron processor and Intel GS45 graphics chip. Accompanying this is 2GB of RAM which means you guessed it, Windows Vista.
From the outside, the Inspiron 11z looks very much to be in the same ball park as the Mini 10, expect to see the same ports, a similar keyboard, a similiar price and the familiar "Inspiron" text sitting above the screen.

Personally Im really dissapointed this doesn't carry the "mini" tag, kinda seems Dell were ashamed of the Dell Mini 12. The blurry line between netbook and notebook is certainly starting to come into view.
