This is my second 3147, the first shipped from dell without a network adapter, sent that one back and they sent me a replacement, however, this one the touchscreen stops responding and the only way to recover it is to completely shut down and restart! Very Frustrating! Is it a driver issue, hardware issue, software glitch??? I'm at my wits end, has anyone else had this happen to them, and if so, how do I fix it?

I seem to have solved my own problem, the power of posting I guess! I had found a stylus that worked with this touchscreen, I do believe that is what caused it to stop responding, because as long as I use my finger it works well, go figure!
