    Hi,

My Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop is not working. Its 2 years old.

One of the private Service Center Engineer says that VGA in Mother Board needs to be changed and he says it costs around 6000 Rupees.

Can you please tell me will it costs that much? Please advice.

    Thanks
    Vel.g.s.

If something is wrong with the motherboard, it will most probably need to be replaced. I'm surprised that there'd be a video problem with your 1525 simply because the 1525 only shipped with integrated graphics. That being said, a motherboard can run you anywhere between $100 to $150, and Google suggests that is indeed about 6000 rupees.
