Cheers all. Its been a while since ive posted and normally I post about Alienware machines. I purchased a 14 7000 for my wife and she likes it except for the touchpad. Now I understand that most of us who game or whatever use an external mouse, but she likes to use the built in device for working.

She feels its way to stiff and hard to press down. its a brand new machine and I myself don't feel like theirs anything wrong. Is their anything I can do to make the touchpad mousebutton a little easier or more responsive to press down? Now im not talking about the "double click" speed, just the actual pressure needed to click the mouse.

Can I keep a weight on it or something? Any ideas would be super appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Lance

Isn't there something in the Dell touchpad settings that lets you do that? Or are you using W8 and they don't have that anymore?
