My Studio 1555 is being replaced because of an overheating issue.I would be glad if someone could post any experience with Dell India regarding replacement.Are they efficient and do they make sure that the new one is problem free?
Also,I read on some other forums about them offering freebies with replacements...like an extended complete cover n stuff...now,now I'm not being greedy but the way I got a screwed up laptop from Dell,it wouldn't hurt to strike a good bargain the second time around

Well man mine replaced 2wice 1st time due to screen color issues and second time due to heating. now after i got the system 3rd time its aprox same nothing fine as with this new one already changed backlit keboard 2 times because its got burnt no idea why.

a lill' late reply /..but in my XPS1530 case, they kept on replacing the parts each time i had issues,varied from heating to others.
@sachinsharma188 did they replace the whole machine itself
