Hey guys, my friend recently did a clean instal of windows xp pro on his new I6000, but the problem is, he can't connect to the internet via ethernet. The internal wireless card works though. He claims he installed all the drivers, but obviuosly there must be one missing. Can you guys tell me what is the name for the ethernet driver, because that is what I think he is missing. Any other tips would be nice too. thanks

As long as he is connecting with his wi-fi his network is set up properly. It sounds like you are right that his driver for his ethernet needs to be reinstalled. Easiest way to check this is to open up his device manager and check that it is listed and does not have a a yellow question mark over it. An exclamation point means there is a problem with the hardware.

Might want to try the driver from Broadcom's website.
