I was told when I was buying my M1530 XPS that I was eligible for a free $200.00 gift card and it would ship in 4-8 weeks. Well I wait and now its almot March, I ordered in early December. So I contact dell support and this is what they tell me then.

How can someone offer you something with your system and then tell you that you aren't eligible after telling you that you were in the first place? Isn't this illegal?
