I bought this dell as open box from BestBuy's ebay store and only have a 14 day return period, that said, I received it on the 29th of June. I've been fighting with drivers and windows installs since. Windows update had no effect, and I've searched the internet for help but dell's reps generally say to adjust the max processor state to 99%. Others say disable acpi drivers. Disable power management from BIOS. Reinstall widows from a retail copy, no effect. I feel like I'm at the end on this thing and I just want to send it back, problem is I want to believe Dell will fix this with a bios update or something, because for what I paid and It's specs, this thing is awesome. Are there others out there with this issue? Has Dell resolved this issue in other notebook lines? Am I missing something?

just make a fresh Windows install without the bloatware and you are ready to go. Same happens to most Dell laptops, and also other brands.
