Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how to get around the fact that the Dell Embassy Security Software doesn't support firefox for remembering passwords. I messed with fingerfox but couldn't get ti to work. Anyone know a good solution that doesn't require replacing dell's software b/c I'm real happy with he way it work on login to the corporate network I'm on and the rest of the features.
    Thanks,
    Ty

Yes - but the M1330 is using a UPEK fingerprint reader which does support Firefox.. .not the Embassy software.

The interesting thing is that all dell fingeprint readers are UPEKs...including this one, they just didn't bundle the UPEK software with it.

I'm going to try to install the M1330 software and see how it does.

It worked...the dell software for the M1330 also can power dell's external fingerprint reader.
