Ok so I recently received another new XPS laptop because my first one had many defects. Fortunately I'm satisfied with the new one, and I'm not going through any hardware switchup nightmares like some others are on the forums.
One thing I don't get is that they haven't given me specific instructions on returning the system. They just gave me a ups label and told me to send back the system.
The thing is the new box didn't come with earphones, some cds, the manual, and the remote.
Am I expected to return my old items from the first XPS notebook?
What do they exactly want back???

You send back exactly what they sent you in replacements. If they didn't send you new earphones, you keep the old ones. Same with all other items.

Yes return only what is sent to you. There should be an airbill included in the box that we ship the replacement system in and I believe you have about 10-15 calender days to return the unit back to us. If you need additional time call in and ask for a supervisor to extend the timeframe.

besure to keep good records just as a backup.
