This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Dell Email Addresses?

    I have searched here and on Google to no avail. I need a direct email address to Dell customer care or Dell corporate in the U.S. I have an email address for Dell customer resolutions and was dealing with someone there but my emails to him and my phone calls have gone ignored for 3 weeks. I talk to regular tech support or customer care and they say they can't help me because my issue has already been escalated and that someone should call me in 48 to 72 hours and no one ever does.

    Please any help would be great.
