    yeah they have been talking about that for a short time now. Looks like its finally rolling out. Not sure what to think, its a bit like those car dealers that say "No haggle! Bottom line price" because you know its never a great deal. If you can negotiate youd usually get a better price...the dell policy will only work if we see coupon level prices as standard...

    the prices arent as good as they were, they did it because dell is becoming greedier

    Im glad i got my system before they took of the coupons. 35% off and then 21% off, saved a bunch of $$$$

    Well, one of the largest sets of deals of the year just ended last night, so it's not fair to gauge what future prices will be based on a single-day period following a sale.

    So even the 750 off coupons are gone? There's no way I can afford to buy a DELL w/o the coupons. Looks like I'm not getting a DELL

    yeah, i totally read that in their prospectus (look it up). it doesn't have any info on the company's future strategies or a current SWOT writeup. it just has "we got rid of coupons because we're becoming greedier" over and over again.
