So I just spent like 45 minutes trying to explain to Dell there is a problem on their EPP site for buying the XPS1330. If you do the same configuration choosing the GOOD, vs BEST your price is actually cheaper on GOOD because there is a bunch of things under BEST that are suppose to be standard but aren't starting that way. The rep assures me they are working on fixing it and to check back in the next 2 hrs but I don't have much hope in them at the moment.

Sometimes that happens on the Dell site...they have so many configuration options and discount packages that it can be cheaper to start with a high-end model. Kinda annoying since I've had to try to build machines several different ways.
-
And what is they just change the options to lower ones on the good model? Maybe the Best price is just right Too bad, you should have ordered the Good one!
-
The problem is it list options that don't come standard. For instance it says Geforce Go is standard on the BEST option but then when you get to the video card section it says add it for 93 dollars.

The whole configurator stinks for the M1330
Not only is the web site buggy but the pricing is messed up for upgrades and such.
I posted about it on the IdeaStorm site.
