Alright, well I found a EPP code (not for my school haha). I also found that on the university portion of the website the Inspiron 9400's upgrades are cheaper than a regular E1705. Would I be able to somehow go through the University's website...apply a 750$ off then a 100$ then apply a epp? haha...if i could that would be badass. I don't know though, I am a college student but my school isn't signed up with dell. So would I be able to do this anyway? Just somehow try to prove that i am in college?

As we have discussed many times before on these forums, only EPP coupons apply to EPP purchases, so if you can find a $750 coupon and a $100 stackable coupon, the answer to your question is yes. If you were askin gif you can use the Dell Home coupons in addition to your (or in this case, not yours) EPP discount, the answer is no
