    Dell EPP Discount Not Showing

    I've tried to place several configurations in my EPP cart, and the 12% discount does not appear in the cart for some reason. It worked earlier in the day though... :confused:

    You have to configure the laptop over $1600 to get the 12% discount. If configuring it over $1600 doesn't help, then it probably expired.

    None of the discounts appear in the cart, and my system is configured over $1600. I think the problem lies on Dell's hands...

    The discount has been working for years, so I highly doubt that it would suddenly stop working. Cam anyone try and configure a system using their EPP discount and see if the discount is applied in the cart?

    I contacted Dell, and the agent indicated that they're having technicical difficulties with the EPP discounts. It should be resolved shortly.

    Just got done placing an order with them. They did the math pretty quickly and gave me the 8% I had coming. Good deal, especially since the config was less than home by nearly $200 already (plus I got a lot more), and got another $100+ off.
