    Are the True Life screens really better? Do you think dell would be willing to do a swap out of the screen. They send me the upgraded screen and charge me the difference between the old and new one. I do the switch and send them back the old screen?

    I personally love the True Life type of screen but not the ones Dell was shipping a year ago. There is way too much glare and light leakage. It is the reason I recommend others to not buy a Dell. They went cheap on the displays. I heard that Dell was going to switch to Samsung displays... I am not sure if they have yet. So my answer is no unless the quality is improved.

    Mines a True Life samsung, I think it kinda sucks compaired to my old acers crystal brite but it aint bad and I like the high 1920x1200 resolution.

    Me too. I love the TrueLife screen and its 1920x1200 resolution. The colors are very vibrant, just as advertised.

    They don't do that. You'll have to return the system & reorder but I don't think you'll want to do that since you bought it with the 30% EPP discount....
