I was on the plane, so I couldn't have the power supply plugged in so the screen was alot darker. I went to power management, nothing was there.

I was hoping I could have the same brightness without the power supply plugged in... I have Windows XP Media Center edition... and I have not reformated the laptop since I got it... any help would be great, thanks!

    Fn + Up/Down arrow.

BIOS or Quickset to make it automatic
