im far from tech savvy. my dell e1505 has a built in wireless card but i was wondering if i would be able to put in an additional wireless pc card onto the right side port to amplify the signal... and if so could you give me a list of sorts?
    thanks

No, quite simply, no. You can't double the wi-fi abilities by adding another card.

What you can do however is to AMPLIFY the signal that your router feeds out. I am in the process of compiling a large guide on this, but for now, do a forum search on "boost wi-fi signal" to find software and hardware solutions.

usually antenna is the whole screen.

but you can add another external pci-e wifi card if you can find it, or USB (which is gonna be worse than internal)

EDIT as Gautam pointed you won't amplify signal, you can use it and connect to AP, but they won't be "grouped"
