I'm using Speed Fan to monitor my temps, and it says my HD temp is at 38 degrees celsius while my Temp1 is at 48 degrees celsius. What are the temps of you other E1505 owners?

sorry to side track a bit:
I downloaded a temp monitoring program (cant remember the name but many e1505 users say it works) but I can only monitor cpu load and temp. I have no readings for my GPU or anything else. I can however control the fans. I am using the latest Omega drivers. Should I go back to ati's drivers? Shouldnt I be able to monitor gpu temps?

Might be I8KfanGUI that you are using, thats what I use but in order to get the other readings you have to go into the options and tell it to read those parts of the laptop. My HDD is about 44C I've had it up to 58 before but thats the hottest I've gotten it. I keep my CPU down to 37 all the time.

    wow, 37C?

that is really low, how did you manage that?

what cpu is it? did you undervolt? replace thermal paste?

my cpu tops out at 63C during full load and maintains 45-50C idle (depending on temp outside)

any tips on cooling the cpu in my 6400?

I upgraded to the latest version and now it works :D

I just cant get the program to identify the state of the cpu fan. I can see rpms but not level or stages. Here are my temps as I havent modified any fan parameters yet.
    Peak temps:
    CPU:61 C
    GPU: 63 C
    Mem: 61 C
    Chipset: 49 C
    HD: 50 C
