    Dell Driving me crazy M1330

    My laptop was supposed to be shipped last Friday, but my online status hasnt changed from Delivery Prep (Boxing). So i contacted them and they confirmed it has shipped, so a week later i have tried to find out why i havent got it.

    Well, they cant find it anymore, after all the delays with backorders and so on, they cant find it.

    They keep saying they will contact me on Monday, which is fine but what if they still cant find it.

    As far as i can see it hasnt got to Walsh Western from last Friday.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    My order status just updated to delivery preperation AGAIN!!! The date just changed from the 07th to the 14th.

    I've heard that if your order is a red case, it might be delay. I got my White case delivered on time with a few issues with DHL.

    There was another whos system got lost while in the hands of ...DHL..as i recall. they just initiated another order with priority status.

    It was black anyway, but it does say shipped on the online status now.
