I get this message (twice) every time I start up my computer and when I press send error report I get a message saying and error was encountered, when i press close program, the error message appears again.

    This began this morning.

I tried uninstalling the dock because I don't need it, but the uninstall hung, so I canceled it.

Any ideas of either how to get rid of it or how to resolve the problem?

If you can't uninstall it, you can prevent it from starting.

-Press the 'windows logo' key and the 'r' key simultaneously.
-Type msconfig in the box that comes up, click enter.
-In the next box that comes up, click the start-up tab, then un-check the box next to delldock. Click apply then OK.
