    I have noticed that Dell don't seem to have released any Discount codes this week ?

    Is this usual ?
    Since the start of 2008, they have released codes every Thurs or so, week on week.
    But not this week.
    I am interested in getting a Vostro 1700 or 1500.
    Any particular reason or is it down to the Free delivery deal currently running on the site for the Vostro until 9th April ?

    Dell's pricing strategy is quite (and unecessarily so) complicated. Perhaps this week the instant discounts/free upgrades that everyone gets are much higher than usual.

    So is it worth ordering now ?

    I have monitored this Spec for a week and a half or so.Not much price change.

    It is an adapted Evalue Codes Spec.

    Depends on your urgency for the machine. If you need the machine quickly, go ahead and buy it. If you can wait till next week, then wait one more week to see if Dell releases any discounts.
